Why Pergoset exists

Buying a pergola or patio cover used to mean a showroom visit, a sales appointment and a quote that was hard to compare. Much of what you paid covered the showroom, not the structure.

We started Pergoset to change that. We sell premium aluminum structures online, show the price up front and ship each kit to your driveway, ready for you or your installer to put together.

The result is the same quality you would find through a dealer, sized to your space and delivered with clear instructions, for a price that makes sense.

    We start with how people live outside, then design structures that are simple to configure and good-looking from every side.

    Engineer

    Each model is engineered for typical wind and snow loads, with spec sheets and documents to support your permit.

    Fabricate

    Frames are extruded, cut to your size and powder-coated, then every part is checked and labeled by assembly step.

  4. 4

    Ship

    Your kit is palletized and shipped by freight, with a delivery window scheduled around you.

Aluminum that lasts, and can be recycled

We build with aluminum because it is strong, light and made to stay outside. It does not rot or attract insects, and it keeps its shape through seasons of sun and rain.

  • Aluminum is fully recyclable and can be recycled again and again without losing its strength.
  • Powder-coated finishes contain no solvents and hold their color for years with a simple rinse.
  • A long service life means fewer replacements and less waste than wood structures.
  • Kits are packed to protect parts in transit and cut down on damage and reshipping.
