What to expect
Installers in our referral network are independent businesses. They set their own prices and schedules, and they carry their own licenses and insurance. We share your request only with installers who serve your area.
Pricing
Installation cost depends on the product, its size, your site and local labor rates, so we do not publish a price list. As a rough guide, small awnings and canopies are often a few hours of work, while pergolas, patio covers and carports usually take one to three days for a two-person crew.
- Ask for a written quote that lists what is included, such as footings, electrical work and haul-away.
- Confirm who pulls the permit and who schedules inspections.
- Check that the installer is licensed where your state requires it and carries liability insurance.
- Have your delivery date handy so the install can be booked soon after the freight arrives.

Yes. There is no fee to request a referral and no obligation to hire the installer we suggest.
Do you have installers everywhere?
We are growing our network across the lower 48. If nobody is available near you yet, we will tell you and share tips for hiring a local contractor.
Can I buy now and find an installer later?
Yes. Many customers order first and book an installer to match the delivery date.
Does professional installation affect my warranty?
Your warranty covers the product whether you or a pro installs it, as long as it is installed according to our instructions and local codes. Questions about the installation work itself go to your installer.
Who handles the permit?
That is between you and the installer. Many installers pull permits as part of the job. Agree on it in writing.
