By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "Pergoset", "we" and "us" refer to the company operating this website.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation or begin production of a custom item. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and we will refund any payment in full.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Payment is due in full when you place your order unless you choose financing. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Financing is offered by [FINANCING PARTNER], subject to credit approval and their own terms. We are not the lender and do not make credit decisions.

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order to the shipping address.

Inspect your delivery and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours so we can replace them.

Returns are governed by our returns policy. Custom-size and custom-color items are final sale unless they arrive defective.

Our products are covered by the limited warranty, including a [XX]-year structural warranty on aluminum frames. Except as stated in that warranty and to the extent allowed by law, products are sold without other warranties, express or implied.

We work to show products, colors and specifications accurately. Colors on screen may differ from the actual finish, so we recommend ordering color samples. Specifications such as wind and snow ratings are for typical conditions and may change as we improve our products.

You are responsible for the sizes, colors and options you choose for custom orders. Please check your measurements carefully, because custom items are made to your specification.

You are responsible for installing your product correctly, or for hiring a qualified installer, and for following our instructions and all local building codes.

• Obtaining any permits, inspections and HOA approvals required for your project.
• Confirming the location of underground utilities before digging or anchoring.
• Making sure slabs, footings and attached structures can support the product.
• Having electrical work performed by a licensed electrician where required.

Independent installers we may recommend are not our employees or agents, and we are not responsible for their work.

You are responsible for keeping your account login private and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All content on this site, including text, photos, drawings, logos and software, belongs to Pergoset or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, sell or reuse our content without written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pergoset is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or property damage caused by improper installation. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
