Registration questions
Is my warranty valid if I do not register?
Yes. Coverage starts on the delivery date whether or not you register. Registering simply makes claims faster.
Where do I find my order number?
It is in your order confirmation email and in your account under Orders.
I bought through an installer. Can I still register?
Yes. Ask your installer for the Pergoset order number, or contact us and we will look it up with your name and address.
Need to make a claim instead?
Send us your order number and a few photos and we will take it from there.
