Delivery questions

How long does delivery take?

Stock sizes usually ship in 5 to 10 business days, then spend a few days in transit depending on your region. Custom sizes and colors ship in 3 to 5 weeks. Your order confirmation shows the estimate for each item.

Do you deliver to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories?

Online orders ship to the contiguous United States only. Contact us for a freight quote to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other territories and we will see what is possible.

Can the truck reach my street?

Freight trucks need clear street access. If you live on a narrow road, in a gated community or somewhere with HOA delivery rules, add a note at checkout and we will plan around it.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes. Choose warehouse pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready. We hold orders for up to 14 days.
