We sell direct, so you order online and we ship a complete kit to your driveway. Here is what happens from your first click to your first evening outside.
From order to open air
Seven steps, most of them ours. You can stop at any point and call us with questions.
Step 1: Choose your structure
Pick the type that suits how you use the space: a louvered pergola for adjustable shade, a patio cover for full rain protection or a carport for your vehicles.
Step 2: Pick size and finish
Measure your space, choose a standard or custom size and pick a powder-coated finish. Free color samples arrive in 3 to 5 business days if you want to see them in person.
Step 3: Check delivery and pay
Enter your ZIP code to confirm delivery and lead time, then pay in full or split the cost into monthly payments with [FINANCING PARTNER].
Step 4: We fabricate and ship
Stock sizes typically leave our warehouse in 5 to 10 business days. Custom sizes and colors are cut to order and usually ship in 3 to 5 weeks. We email you at every stage.
Step 5: Freight delivery to your driveway
The carrier calls to book a delivery window and sets the labeled, palletized boxes down at the curb with a liftgate. Count the boxes and note any damage before you sign.
Step 6: Install it yourself or hire a pro
Most kits go up in a weekend with two people and common tools. Prefer help? Work with a local installer. Either way, check permits before you start.
Step 7: Enjoy it and register your warranty
Register your structure online so your [XX]-year warranty is on file. Keep your order number handy for parts or support later.

Ordering questions
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Stock sizes usually ship within 5 to 10 business days, and custom sizes in 3 to 5 weeks. Freight transit adds a few days depending on your location. Your order confirmation shows an estimated ship date.
Can I change my order after I place it?
Yes, until it is cut or packed. Call or message us as soon as you can. Once a custom order is in production, changes may add time or cost.
When am I charged?
Your card is charged when you place the order. If you choose financing with [FINANCING PARTNER], your plan starts according to its terms, which you see before you accept.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes. An adult needs to sign for freight deliveries and check the boxes. The carrier calls ahead to book a window that works for you.
Can my installer receive the delivery?
Yes. Enter your installer's address at checkout and add their name and phone number in the order notes so the carrier can reach them.
