Accessibility statement

We want pergoset.com to be usable by people of all abilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification or captions.

Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of how we design and build, not as a one-time project.

• Semantic page structure with landmarks, one main heading per page and headings in a logical order.
• Every interactive control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and errors are described in text next to the field.
• Text and interface colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast ratios, and color is never the only way information is shown.
• Meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Animations respect your device's reduced motion setting.
• Pages reflow on small screens and remain usable when zoomed to 200 percent.
• We test new pages with automated checks and manual keyboard and screen reader reviews before release.

The site is designed to work with the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and mobile.

We test with common assistive technologies, including VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA and JAWS on Windows, and TalkBack on Android. Older browsers and assistive technology may not display every feature as intended.

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site are not yet fully accessible. We are working on these:

• Before and after photo sliders: the slider can be moved with a keyboard, but the visual comparison itself is hard to convey without sight. Each photo has its own description, and the surrounding text explains the project.
• Payment fields: card details are entered in secure fields embedded from our payment provider. We do not control their markup and some screen reader announcements may be inconsistent. You can also place your order by phone.
• Financing applications: applications with [FINANCING PARTNER] open in the partner's own site, which has its own accessibility policy.
• Spec sheets and older PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We are happy to send the same information in another format.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to propose a solution or workaround within 10 business days. If a fix takes longer, we will tell you when to expect it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, ask for your feedback to be escalated as a formal complaint. A senior member of our team will review it and reply in writing.

This statement was last reviewed on September 28, 2026. It is based on our own evaluation of the site, and we review it at least once a year and whenever we make significant changes.
